Booking
Deposit, 20% of Total Amount.
CONFIRM
Once you have confirmed your booking we will reserve your dates for
7 days during which time we will e-mail you a booking form along
with Terms & Conditions which need to be completed and both signed
and sent back within 7 days along with your deposit.
Security Deposit of £200.00 or USD 300 Due with final
balance
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
Prices are based on a weekly stay of 7 nights, any extra nights are
charged on a pro-rata basis.
Stays of less than 1 week are subject to a exit cleaning fee of
£50.00
UK RATES INCLUDE FLORIDA TAXES, ELECTRICITY, AIR CON & USA, CANADA &
PEURTO RICA TELEPHONE CALLS AND EXIT CLEAN. RATE IS FOR THE VILLA

regulated by the Hotels/accommodation division of Polk County
(Please be aware: homes that offer low rates may not be licensed or
regulated and should they be inspected during your stay may lead to
