Amazing Stay At Arkvilla

We recently took the children to Disneyland Florida, and stayed at the arkvilla. It was the best trip we have ever had as a family, the villa was very spacious, clean, tidy, with all the comforts of home plus more.
The villa is a four bedroom villa, with 2 double on suite bedrooms, and 2, 2 single bedrooms. There was plenty of storage space and we could not have wanted anything more. The villa is close to all the disney and universal parks, aswell as shops and supermarkets.
The villa owner, Sandra and her family made our stay as problem free as possible and she was very helpful on the lead up to the holiday with any information we could possibly need from if there were coat hangers in the villa through to the best places to eat and shop, and days trips out. We could not have asked for any more
and it was lovely to come home from long days out walking round parks and be able to cool off. When we next return to Florida we will definatly being staying in this wonderful villa, 5*

Arkvilla is beautifully furnished with a very homely feel. Within a few minutes of arriving we felt as though it was our own home.
We enjoyed the heated pool after a long day at the parks and the games room was a hit with my grown up children. Its quiet gated location close to all amenities is an ideal base for your stay in Orlando.
Sandra the owner of the villa is a delight to deal with and provided lots of information on places to eat and visit.
I thoroughly recommend this villa, it is a 5 star property and you will not be disappointed.

Our family has just returned from Arkvilla and thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in Florida. The property was immaculate and of a very high standard. All the facilities were available within the house to allow a lovely family holiday.
I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florida and there was a lot of help given by the owner, regarding amenities and useful "hints" and "tips" on your stay.

From the moment I found Arkvilla on the Internet I thought we'd found the perfect base for our holiday & once I'd spoken to its owner Sandra I knew i had!
It is evident when speaking to Sandra that she really does care about her home & wants those who stay there to have the best holiday possible.
She was happy to guide me through the maze of Disneyland (a daunting task for a complete novice!) renting cars & every attention to detail was afforded down to links to shopping Malls & even local Dr's & chemists details. This made such a difference to me & it meant that ahead of the trip I felt supported & felt confident that the villa would also live up to expectation.
I am pleased to advise that the villa is stunning, the gated Estate provides a secure & extremely quiet environment. Inside its spotlessly clean & it really does provide home from home comforts.
Being complete Disney novices we wanted to have a base within easy reach of the Parks (Sandra's directions are perfect!) but far enough away that we could escape the 'Disney Bubble' each evening & have our own space to chill out & relax. Arkvilla is a haven that provides all of this. It's within easy reach of all the parks (both Disney & Universal) & I can't recommend it highly enough!

Just back form a great stay at Arkvilla

We are just back from 3 weeks at Sandra's beautiful ARKvilla. It really is ideally placed for getting to the parks from the US27, and of course the wonderful Manny's.
The Villa has everything you could need for your holiday, great pool and games room. Our family had a great time in the pool, we sat with a coffee in the mornings and watched balloons flying overhead, it really was fantastic.
The Villa is so clean and well furnished you can tell that Sandra puts a lot of her time into it.
Lastly I would just like to say thank you to Sandra who makes you feel so welcome and special, she is so helpful with any questions you have. I would recommend ARKvilla to anybody.

We had a unique occassion on Sat May 19th when our local football team played in the Scottish Cup Final against their greatest rivals and we won 5-1. We will remember it for the rest of our lives.

Honeymoon at Arkvilla

We have just got back from staying at the fantastic Arkvilla!! This was our second time in Florida but first time in a villa and it was fantastic!!
The location is perfect and we felt so secure and comfortable. It was only the 2 of us so we had piles of room and it really was a home from home! The photos really don't do the villa justice it was outstanding.
The first few days we where there the weather was horrible so we stayed in most of the time and it was fine, the games room kept us busy so we didn't really mind at all.
Sandra is one of the loveliest people we have ever met and she made the whole booking process so easy and helped any issues that we had.
Next time we go back to Florida we will def stay here again! We cannot rate it highly enough!
Lovely family holiday home

We stayed at Arkvilla for two weeks and had a thoroughly great holiday. It is a very comfortable 4 bedroom house with ample space so we weren't on top of each other.
The pool was warm and clean as was the rest of the outside area. As well as the pool the children also enjoyed the games room. There were plenty of clean towels in the 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was full of everything a kitchen should have and more.
We visited both Clearwater and Coco beach which were both lovely, although our young children enjoyed Coco better as the sand was better for building castles and there were more shells.
We also went to Disneys Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom which is I suppose a must. I have to say all the family loved Seaworld, in fact we went twice. The ticket was valid for 7 days so we took advantage of this.
We will definitely be returning here and have already recommended this villa to our friends for its comfort and value for money.

"Arkvilla....our home from home!!"

We spent our first Christmas away from home from December 15th and chose to stay at Arkvilla and so glad we did. It was a fabulous Villa......more than we were ever expecting. The pictures are exactly how they appear on the website and the ''real" thing is even better! The master bedroom is huge and the bed was really comfortable. I cant speak for the single beds but there were no complaints from those sleeping in them.
When we walked in it was immaculate. No shabby carpets, everything was clean and all the furniture was of a high standard. Sandra obviously takes pride in her rental home and from what we saw the people renting it previously have looked after it as well. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us!! The little personal touches are what makes it so special.
The location of the Villa was perfect for getting to Disney as it was so busy when we were there so we always used the back route that Sandra provided....nice touch. It was in such a quiet well kept area as well. Didnt even hear the bin men when they came round! Unfortunately we didnt make much use of the pool as we were out a lot and then too tired to get into our swimmies when we got back. However the children did make use of the games room which was also a nice touch.
The only negative I would have would be that I dont like cooking on an electric hob......this however does not reflect on the Villa. It is just a personal choice. Throughout the booking and stay Sandra was great. Anything I asked she dealt with it promptly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
This stay was the "holiday of a lifetime" which was contributed by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings that Arkvilla provided. I would highly recommend anyone considering not to hesitate but to go ahead and book. When we can get back to Orlando we will definately be requesting a booking again!! Thank you Sandra

Normally when doing reviews for things there's usually something you can mention which could be improved upon - but I have to say on this occasion I'm struggling! Sandra will make the booking process a pleasure – and you can tell she wants you to have the most enjoyable time possible during your stay.
The location I think is ideal: just a short run to all the main parks and attractions, but just far enough to 'get away from it all'. The house itself is immaculate. I'm sure there'll be villas out there where the owners will do the bare minimum just to be able to get customers in, but at Arkvilla the opposite is true: it's like a showhome, and you can tell there's been a great deal of thought and attention put into every detail. The pictures are good, but the reality is even better.
As a family of four, we had so much space it was unbelievable - no cramming the contents of your suitcases into inadequate closets: there were walk-in wardrobes with wall-to-wall clothes racks. The multiple bathrooms were a godsend, and for those who are fussy about cleanliness, I can only say the place was spotless. The villa seems to have everything you could need, and although we ate out almost every night, the fully-equipped kitchen would keep any chef happy.
Needless to say the swimming pool was the feature most popular with the children, but it was closely followed by the Games room, and here again you can see the thought and ideas that have gone into the home - it had not just a pool table and a dartboard, but a full-size air-hockey table as well!
Getting a good place to stay is a key part of any holiday, and of course the temptation is to spend a lot of time on choosing the right one. But anyone staying in the Orlando area couldn't go wrong with this property, and I am so delighted we stayed here: it became not just a base for our daily excursions, but somewhere we couldn't wait to relax in at night. It really did help make our holiday in Florida one we'll treasure.

"Dream Holiday made special at Arkvilla!"

We stayed at the immaculate Arkvilla for 3 weeks in July/August 2011. Our holiday had been in the planning for a long time and was made all the more special staying at this beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean, modern and stylish we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door.
The rooms were all large in size and comfortable making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day in the parks. Our family made lots of use of the brilliant games room, and of course the well maintained pool was favourite with everyone with plenty of chairs and loungers to use.
There are baby facilities: 2 buggy's, and a highchair, travelcot to use if you have small children, all clean and as good as new. Also a safe in the villa to keep passports etc which was excellent and easy to use.
The villa is located near to all of the main Disney parks with a brilliant little shortcut (thanks Sandra!) to take you right next to Animal Kingdom.
We fell in love with Florida, and the villa - a perfectly located home from home. We didn't want to leave! The guidance & advice given from the villa owners was excellent, it made our holiday even more special by staying here, highly recommended.

The villa is fab and much bigger than we had anticipated! Was great! The boys in the group enjoyed a few nights in the games room playing the air hockey, pool and darts! I would 100% recommend Arkvilla to anyone, it was perfect!

Arkvilla is a fabulous place to stay. It is well decorated and very comfortable to feel at home. It has everything one would need for a relaxing vacation within a reasonable distance from all Orlando attractions. The pool was a great place to cool off after a long day.
Arkvilla is indeed a Luxury home. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this as your home away from home for vacation!

Beautiful / Fantastic Villa

We have just returned home to the UK two days ago and feel I had to add our review of this lovely villa. Excellent accomodation in a relaxing and safe enviroment, 10 mins from all main Disney/Universal attractions and very close to many many restaurants, shops, crazy golf, supermarkets which are 5 minute drive away.
We all had a brilliant time and the villa was an added bonus to our time in Florida. Each room is decorated to a very high standard, very clean and comfortable.
Sandra is also exceptionally helpful and friendly and helped us through booking the villa to arriving home.
I cannot fault anything, so sorry to come home !!

Our Easter 2011 Holiday at Arkvilla

This was our second visit to Arkvilla as we had such a wondeful experience last year.
Arkvilla is a lovely home to rent it is immaculate in every way. Plenty of space we were a family of Seven three children and two grandparents.The pool is a lovely way to start or end the day and there is a lovely patio area to relax and enjoy meals outside.The games room is great as well.
The location is excellent supermarket not far away, all the Disney parks only 20 minute drive away.
Sandra the owner is very helpful with any information that is needed.
We would definatley reccomend this villa to our friends and family.We would love to visit florida in the future and would use Arkvilla again.

Our First Florida Holiday

We have just returned from 2 weeks staying in the beautiful "Arkvilla". Sandra, the owner has been so helpful and was able to answer all our questions as First Timers to Florida and made us feel very welcome with a note, bottle of wine (most appreciated!) and Autograph books for our 3 boys!
The villa has everything you need to make your stay go smoothly. Our boys loved the pool and I enjoyed catching the sun and having a magarita by the pool after doing the parks. The older boys and DH also made use of the games room, playing pool and on the Playstation, whilst having a break.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the travelling to Disney was easy. The villa is part of a gated community which was reassuring.
We will hopefully be back and my son tells me that no other villa could be better, so Sandra I will be in touch when I have saved my pennies!

We stayed at "arkvilla" for Christmas and New Year just gone (2010) and had a fantastic time. From the moment I was looking on website's for houses to rent Sandra was excellent.
Calling me to answer any questions I may have. Sandra also helped with things like nice restaurants and great places to visit , which was brilliant.
When we arrived at the villa is was immaculatley clean, the ammenities in the villa were brilliant and it had a very friendly feel. Everything you could possiblly want is there.
We cooked our Christmas Dinner in the Villa and had no problems. Everything has been thought of from games, Dvds and kitchen items to highchair and pushchair for babies. There was even a changing mat.
The games room is perfect if you have children, our two boys (6 and 8 loved the games table)The villa is ideally located with a supermarket, mcdonalds, indian, chinese and restaurants just round the corner ( 2 min drive).
We had a great stay in the villa and we would definatley recommend Arkvilla to anyone and would love to go back again.

I enjoyed a weeks stay at Arkvilla for 1 week with my family in September 2010 - from the moment I booked Arkvilla, the owner, Sandra made me realise I had booked the best villa in Orlando. This theme contniued upon our arrival when we were prresented with a bottle of wine and a 'welcome' card.
The house is spotless and the facailites are excellent. The decoration is beautifully done and allows you to relax from the second the door opens
After enjoyable, but rushed days at Disney the pool proved to be a great area to relax in.
If you book you will be more than happy with your selection and you won't want to leave - well done Sandra !

We had a wonderful 9 nights staying at Arkvilla in July 2010 and are full of praise for the villa and its owner, Sandra. Sandra is a pleasure to deal with. Her communication with us before, during and after our stay was excellent and all the directions, information and tips she provided us prior to our stay were very useful.
On a previous trip to Florida we had a bad experience where a villa owner disappeared with our money, so we were very apprehensive about booking a private villa again. However Sandra went out of her way to reassure us and arranged for us to talk with her management company and previous guests to put our minds at rest before booking.
The villa itself is beautiful. It is very well furnished, spacious and very comfortable. We loved staying there. It felt just like home and was the perfect antidote to our long busy theme park days. There was also plenty to do at the villa for our lazy rest days. We all thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, and the playstation, air hockey and pool table were an added bonus.
The gated community felt very secure and we often saw security guards patrolling the area. The villa is located only minutes drive away from Berry town centre where we stocked up at the excellent Publix supermarket, enjoyed takeaway meals from Mia Pizza and dining at Applebees restaurant.
We would not hesitate to recommend Arkvilla to anyone and would hope that we could visit again in the future.

We have just the most fantastic family holiday with our 3 boys and their 2 Grandparents in this wonderful holiday villa. The villa is all you can want as a base for a Florida holiday, well maintained, very clean and spacious with modern fittings.
It also has a lovely pool and games room to keep the kids (and adults!) occupied if they have any energy left for your busy days out. I would recommend this villa to anyone, including family and friends.

Second Stay at Arkvilla

Another visit to the ARK Villa and again we leave without disappointment. This time we shared the villa with friends and still there was plenty of room for all to relax after long days at the parks. The kids enjoyed the games room and pool, the addition of the solar blanket enabled us to use the pool no matter the time or the outside temperature. The villa seems like our second home and we would recommend to all.
Whether you are a small family or a couple of families, this place can accommodate and fulfill all your vacation needs. The whole vacation home experience for the past couple of years has been a pleasant experience and can be attributed to Sandra’s personal touches such as ensuring we received pertinent information about the home and surrounding area, a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival and a welcome phone call confirming all is well.
Ever since our first stay, we have recommended ARK Villa to family and friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.

New Year Stay at Arkvilla

We have just returned back from a fantastic two week stay at ARK VILLA and are so pleased we opted to rent this villa. The villa is of very high standard and is extremely well maintained and very clean throughout. We were amazed with the wonderful décor and the amount of furnishing in the villa as it made the stay so warm and welcoming!
The home was well prepared for our arrival and there was a welcome folder with relevant information to help us out and contact details of grocery stores/ restaurants/theme parks etc. The villa is in an ideal location as you are able to get to the attractions easily and there are grocery stores a few minutes away.
We booked the villa directly through the owners and found them to be professional, friendly and very helpful in providing accurate information and were always willing to go out of the way to make sure our stay would be comfortable. When we arrived at the villa, a representative from the management company came to see us the next day and again, we found the person to be very helpful, warm and informative.
is perfect for families as there is an incredible amount of space, two reception areas for relaxing, well equipped games area, excellent facilities such as laundry, full kitchen and all the comforts of home. This was our first family vacation with a young child and we really appreciated the excellent facilities provided (high chair, cot bed, clean bedding, buggy, car seat)- these were all clean, safe to use and well maintained.
We also, felt reassured about the safety of the villa as the neighbourhood is gated and there is extra safety fence around the pool for children. We will certainly be using ARK VILLA again and strongly will be recommending this to friends and family members.

Our Christmas in Arkvilla

Ark Villa was everything I wanted for our family Christmas in Florida. When searching homes I sent many enquiries but Sandra was the only one to respond almost immediately by telephone. I could tell from our first conversation that I had found a gem. The Villa is immaculate, well furnished, very spacious and comfortable. Because the kitchen is so well equipped I was able to prepare a complete Christmas dinner with no difficulty.
The pool was great and my 7-year-old granddaughter just loved it. Sandra is a very pleasant host and makes you feel very welcome.
We enjoyed the bottle of wine Sandra left as a welcome gift, poolside in the sun with the temperature in the 20s thinking about the rest of our family back in Ottawa with temperatures hovering at -25.
I highly recommend Ark Villa for your holiday visit to Orlando. It was awesome.

Best Ever Family Holiday

We booked 'Arkvilla' back in April 2009, this was following a long drawn out trawl of a number of websites. We kept going back to view 'Arkvilla' as there was something very appealing about this place. We are so glad we did as this has been the best family holiday ever.
The accommodation is absolutely splendid, spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully decorated in a beautiful location.
'Arkvilla' is in an ideal location for travelling to the Disney and other theme parks. The local supermarket Publix is a few minutes drive away, Applebees restaurant is also good value and friendly service, recommend that you pop in to 'Linksters' bar, all of the bar staff are very friendly, particularly Anthony, it's a bit like 'Cheers'.
Following a tiring day at the theme parks it was a real pleasure to come back to 'Arkvilla' and chill out by the pool with a glass of wine.
My advice to anyone considering booking 'Arkvilla' do it now as tomorrow someone may beat you to it. I promise you this, you will not be disappointed and like us you will want to return at the earliest opportunity.

Great Family Holiday

Our 14 day stay at ARKVILLA was one of the best, most relaxing family holidays we have ever spent. This was our fist experience renting a villa & I can categorically say that it will not be our last. When we return to Florida it will definitely be back to ARKVILLA.
Lets start with the booking. We booked late, very late, yet the whole transaction could not have been handled any better, from receiving directions & instructions, giving tips on the best places to visit locally to the return of the deposit, it was all handled swiftly & with the minimum of fuss. The villa itself is fantastic, the photographs on the website, although very good do not do justice to how spacious yet homely & comfortable the house actually is. So much so that we spent more than a few lazy mornings lounging by the pool instead of doing the usual park / tourist things that Florida is renowned for. The games room is well equipped with pool table, air hockey, dart board & playtstation 2. The bedrooms & lounge are immaculate & the pool area has plenty of room .
The kitchen also has everything you would need, including blender & coffee maker & everything in the house is spotlessly clean. We found the villa a great base to not only do the parks but to visit the beaches on each of the coasts. Cocoa Beach & Clearwater you can easily drive to & if you leave early enough you can have a great day at either place. Cocoa was just over an hour away & Clearwater a little bit further, but it was worth it to visit such beautiful beaches.
We made good use of the icebox we found in the villa & packed a great picnic. Lakeridge Winery was another place we visited, but make sure you check the events section of their website as its better to go when they have something on. We went on a weekend where they had a Classic Car show, live music & food available. We had a good fun afternoon for only $2 entry. Oh and free wine tasting. On most holidays after 10 or 12 days spent returning to a hotel room each night we are ready to come home. With this holiday it felt that each night we were coming home. Our stay at ARKVILLA Easter 2009

This holiday was our first in Florida, and also our first in a villa, (we usually stay in hotels, but not anymore!) Arkvilla is in such a lovely location, it feels "away from it all" but is actually really convenient for supermarkets, restaurants, and most importantly (in our opinion) the Disney parks. The villa itself is very spacious, lovely and clean, and beautifully decorated, and it really felt like "home from home" with everything needed to make our stay just fabulous.
The children ( 10 and 13 ) made as much use of the swimming pool and games room as they possibly could. Something we thought was really lovely was the genuine interest the owners had in making sure we were enjoying their lovely home. We received a phone call from them when we arrived to make sure everything was ok, which we thought was lovely, and they were very happy to recommend some of their favourite restaurants, and gave us some ideas of places to visit when we weren't visiting the "parks"
I have to say we had a fantastic holiday, and really have no negative comments to make, we would really love to go back to Arkvlla sometime, and would have no hesitation recommending it to our friends, infact we already have been! Thankyou, we really enjoyed staying in your lovely home!

We have just spent 7 days at ARK Villa. The location is ideal for Disney and all the local attractions. We have previously owned a villa in Florida so we had very high expectations and ARK Villa lived up to them all! The location, the pool, the furnishings inside the house, the games room!!! The kids loved the Air Hockey table & Play station. We would visit again as we had an amazing holiday and the house was immaculate!!

My family and I have just returned from our second stay at the fabulous Arkvilla. Firstly, we would all like to say a very big thankyou for letting us share your stunning home. After a rather hectic and long journey we were soon living the dream! I really can't think of a better place to visit at Christmas and as we entered through the gated entrance it felt like we had returned home. We were greeted by a wreath hanging on the door and a beautifully decorated Chrismas tree.
All of this, plus the lovely phone call from Sandra to check that everything was o.k, all adds to the individual care and attention you will receive. This is the reason why we have returned and why this villa is heads and shoulders above the rest.
The decor, fixtures and fittings are of an extremely high standard, yet you don't feel like you shouldn't touch or use any of them.The villa layout is spacious and accessible, giving you the choice of quiet time or family time. The pool area is relaxing and our family made great use of this facility. There are ample sun loungers and chairs and a table where you can dine alfresco. The privacy screen around the pool is an added bonus, along with a chest full of pool toys
The games room with the pool table, air hockey and darts were a hit with all the family. There is an abundance of bedding and bath towels and having children, the washing machine and dryer are very welcome and very useful!!!! The kitchen is very well equiped, with everything you will ever need.
The villa is situated on the US27 and is 15 minutes away from Disneyworld. Various shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all in very close proximity We would not hesitate in recommending Arkvilla and look forward to spending many more happy family holidays there. It gets better every time we visit

My family and I stayed at the property for 2 weeks over the Easter break.
The accomodation was of a very high standard making this great value for money. All of the rooms were very spacious, so much so that the girls decided to share a bedroom ! The only downside was that we didn't get enough time to make full use of the pool and the games room due to Theme Parking.
The owner went out of her way to recommend several local restaurants, we only found time to visit 2 of them. She also answered all of our queries fully and honestly and even gave us a call when we were there to check everything was ok.
Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, it's spotless, spacious and very handy without being in the middle of neon city. It is all on one floor with a wide corridor and doorways so should be fine for anyone with disabilities, though I'm not an expert. Only one small step to get up to get into the porchway. 5 stars.

After previous disappointments with other villas my family and I were extremely pleased with ARK Villa. It is new, modern, well appointed, extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything was as described in the advert and it was close to all amenities and well maintained. The owner was really helpful with extra information and as we have a disabled child this was invaluable.
We have recommend the villa to friends who may wish to visit florida. The Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant and other community services are 2 minutes away which made it very convenient. Islands of adventure was my childerens favourite park along with Typhoon Lagoon. I cannot find anything negative to say about this villa and I would definitely visit again!
